在黑暗的心灵里，种下一道光明的种子（中英双语）

The hearing of Buddha-dharma plants a seed of luminosity in our heart of darkness. Whether or not this seed can survive is another question. It is very important that you take great care of this light, letting it grow and expand extensively, rather than allowing it to be extinguished in the gale.

“The practice of Dharma is like one person fighting against ten thousand” – you need to wear the armour of discipline and concentration, and wield the sword of wisdom. In the view of absolute truth, a human being is not a true, immutable entity, but a conjunction of many interconnected factors, the result of karmic force. If we want to transcend the human and even the heavenly realms, free ourselves from the Three Worlds （the worlds of desire, form and formlessness）， acquire the ultimate freedom of life and realise the state ofin nite light and longevity, we need tocultivate our wisdom and continuously overcome our attachment to self. Wisdom is the very thing that allows us to break through karmic obstacles

我们听到佛法了，只是在黑暗的心灵里，种下一道光明的种子，这道光明能不能站住脚，会不会在狂风中被吹熄掉，还是在你精心的保护下，让星星之火可以燎原，这个非常非常的重要。

所以祖师说修行是 “ 如一人与万人战 ”，戒定慧，就犹如披戴铠甲，手挥着智慧宝剑。从最究竟的了义的角度来说，人没有一个固定不变的，他只是业力和合。 所以当我们要超越人道、超越天道，我们要跳出三界外，要获得生命究竟自由， 证得无量光无量寿的时候，我们需要建立理智，然后这样一路征服我执。特别是要在这个业力当中，能够过关，靠着智慧，能够一关一关过去。
